60 OK-Junior drivers started the Qualifying for the WSK Super Master, Round 4, under the sun and warmth of Adria. The best times were achieved in the last few metres of each session, the karts mostly went out on track at 5-6 minutes from the end, which is uncommon in Junior.
With 49”791, Ulysses De Pauw (Birel ART / Parilla) was the fastest of the first session who ran in the rubber of the 60 Minis, ahead of Noah Watt (Tony Kart / Vortex), Kiern Jewiss (Exprit / Vortex), Guido Moggia (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Ugo De Wilde (Kosmic / Parilla).
The second session benefited unsurprisingly from better conditions and Dennis Hauger (CRG / Parilla) was able to take pole position 0.3s faster than De Pauw with 49”485, followed by Caio Collet (ART Birel / Parilla), David Vidales (Tony Kart / Vortex), Rasmus Lindh (Ricciardo / Parilla) and Victor Martins (Kosmic / Parilla).
Parilla started the event well in Junior as there were six IAME engines in the top 10, including the top three places. The general classification would alternate the positions of each group, as is the habit in WSK. Behind Martins in 9th, the leader of the French camp, Theo Pourchaire (Kosmic / Vortex) was 17th, Theo Nouet (Energy / TM) 19th, Gillian Henrion (Kosmic / Vortex) 26th, Adam Eteki (Tony Kart / Vortex) 27th, Charles Milesi (Tony Kart / Vortex) 29th, Franck Chappard (Kosmic / Vortex) 36th, Timothy Peisselon (FA Kart / Vortex) 38th.
